Why we exist
Most landlords only find out what the council expects when an officer is already at the door. By then it's enforcement, deadlines and fines.
Our team brings years of experience inspecting HMOs across London, led by Environmental Health Officers. We've seen the problems that hold up licences, and the ones that don't matter. So you get honest, practical and independent advice: what needs doing, what doesn't, and help getting licensed.
